server service does not load on boot

The server service hangs and does not load on boot. (It
is set on automatic). I can, however, load the service
from the administrative tools and not have any errors.

While this is not fatal to my use, it is a pain. Does
anyone know what might be stopping the service from
loading automatically ?

First have a look in the event log and check particularly for
the booting minutes.
