Server Service and File Sharing

I can't share files on my network because my Server
service isn't running. When I try to restart that, it
says Error 2: System cannot find the file specified. Any
ideas on how to figure out which file is missing or any
one have a list of files that required. This also effect
the Computer Browser Service.
 
See if the file \windows\system32\srvsvc.dll exists. If not, you may have
to get a fresh copy off the XP CD.

What brand/model PC is this?
