Server Role

Hi Guys .....i have some questions regarding Windows 2003 Web Edition first thing i want to create a Active directory for the first domain controller in my network but i cant see the link of manage your server and configure your server wizard how i can add any role with out these link is there any way to add role if we havent any link and i have one more question that i have windows 2003 standard version installed and this is my first domain controller can i make my windows 2003 web edition child domain of windows 2003 standard edtion your earliest responce in neede

Actualy, Windows 2003 Web Edition can't be domain controller and can't run any type of Derictory Services.
