Server restarts frequently

I support a server running Windows 2000. I am not able to understand why it
restarts frequently. The event logs don't help much. The only error event
that is available before the sudden restart is

Event id : 8032
Source : Browser
Description : The browser service has failed to retrieve the backup list too
many times on transport
\Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{AA3D02A0-A28A-4CA2-B85F-5F190E893028}. The backup
browser is stopping.

The server does not create a dump either.

Any tips on how I may isolate the problem

If no BSOD's occur (Event ID: 1001 Source: Save Dump), then it may be a
power problem. I would look at a possible faulty (or undersized) pc power
supply, UPS, bad battery, or the circuit feeding the outlet that the pc is
plugged into.
