server reboots from bugcheck almost everyday

Running W2K advanced server (SP3)on PII 266 with 98MB
RAM. Have two Intel NIC 1 dishing out DHCP and another
connected to the internet. It has two 8 port Perle cards.
Running winproxy 5. IIS is disabled.

The Issue:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x00000050 (0xff0612a0, 0x00000000, 0xfbd4dd51,
0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x0000000a (0xe1bd0e70, 0x00000002, 0x00000000,
0x8051c95b). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x00000050 (0xfd97d320, 0x00000000, 0xfbd53d51,
0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

The server runs for a day and reboots and after two days
it just hangs up with nothing on the screen.

Can anyone Help please.

You would need someone to debug the memory dumps to tell you conclusively
what is causing them.
