Server hung at saving your settings... during logoff

Hi,

Would like to check out does anyone experience server hang at "saving your
setting.." during logoff ? That is what happening to me right now on 4 of my
servers. When the server hung, i starts getting a lot of event id 2002,
application class, source : perflib, descriptions as remoteaccess DLL
timeout, something like that. And when it hung, we can only hardware reboot
it.

And after we rebooted the server, it went back to normal. That's why i am
unable to reproduce the problem for further diagnostics.

Any reply or advise is much appreciated !
