Server Hangs !!!!

Hi All,

I have Win2k Server, with Exchange 2000 Server installed and with all latest Service packs and all updates.
From last 3, 4 days my server gets hangs and i have to restart the server.After restarting i See many error logs in Event viewer with Event ID:2019, Source: Srv, Desc: The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the pool was empty.

I am not able to understand what is the problem, because there are many reasons for that problem.

Then i run stinger to find any virus, i found natsky virus in Badmail folder, so i deleted all files from that BAdmail folder. so is it because of those virus badmail folder?? or any other reason the server hangs..??
Please help me ..

Your first priority should be to find out how the virus got in,
in the first place. Service packs and updates are not sufficient
if you have someone, with sufficient permissionms, intent on
breaking in. Check who else could have done this.

Hi Alan,

As such only myself is having the administrative privilages.and as i mentiones in my question that today i deleted all those files in Badmail folder.But now, I dont know is beacuse of the virus the server gets hangs or I think it should be something else proble.. ... Please guide..ASAP
