I contacted my service provider about whether or not I had Server Extensions.
When I try to make a informational form and then test it online by hitting
submit, I get the following error message- FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web
server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.
This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish
this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.
Click the <Back> arrow to return to the previous page

My service provider said their technicians reinstalled extensions for us and
it still does not work for me. I do not know a lot about front page
components so any guided information would be appreciated! Can anyone help me?

I like to create a one page web and try publishing that to my server
first. I usually add an asp page to see if asp works.

The error message quoted is the contents of _derived/nortbots.htm
This file only exists on disc based webs, and webs that have been FTP to a
server (or published by FrontPage using FTP).
The web *must* be HTTP published using FrontPage.

Open the online web in FrontPage and use
Tools->Recalculate Hyperlinks
This may reset the form to use the extensions.

Note that using FTP may corrupt the extensions, and they may have to be
repaired or re-installed.
