Server error

I keeping getting a server error when I try to update my profile online. It
basically says:
Server Error in '/library/errorpages' Application
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom
error settings for this application prevent the details of the application
error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however,
be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable
on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config"
configuration file located in the root directory of the current web
application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute
set to "Off".

Anyone have any suggestions to fix this problem?

It's on THIS website. Do you have a recommendation on who should I contact?
Thanks for your help.

This is a problem on the web server, not on your PC. You need to contact
the web site you are trying to update your profile on and they will have to
fix it.

It's on THIS website.

THIS isn't a website. This is a usenet newsgroup
Do you have a recommendation on who should I contact?

From your headers, it looks like you're accessing this USENET
NEWSGROUP from a Microsoft website.

Look for a "Contact" or "Help" link.

Short of that, good luck.
