Server Error: The method " is not recognized

I just created a new page and sent it to the server.
About the time it would have completely loaded, I got this message:
Server Error: The method " is not recognized.

I just looked at the page and it is fine. Last month I got the same
message, though the pages uploaded properly.

Anyone know what the server error means?
