Server error: extensions unable to access file

Hi,

I'm getting the following error when I try to publish my
site:
"Server error: The server extensions were unable to access
the file default.htm. Please check the file permissions."
Is this a server problem, as the error suggests? Any
information that anyone could give me on this error would
be helpful. I'm using FrontPage 2002.

Most likely.

If you can run Server Health with all the Repair options
checked, do so. Otherwise, if you have direct access to
