Server Error - Cannot Rename web

I started a new web, from a web template. It opened it
in /my documents folder as myweb12 (I have a bunch of
sites I am working with). I want to rename this site to
newbaby or something like that, but when I try to go
Tools > Web Settings - then change the name I get an
error - "Server Error - Cannot Rename" Then it gives the
location of the web. Any idea how to change the name so
on my computer it shows newbaby? I tried to rename by
just right clicking on the folder on /my documents and it
says access denied. Thanks!

Make a blank web with the name you want, then publish it.
 
No - just use File Publish and select a folder named say C:\newbaby
