Server Error - ASP.Net

Error message 401.3 You do not have permission to view
this directory or page using the credientials you supplied
(access denied due to ACLs). Ask the web server's
administrator to give you access.

Just a thought but you may want to check your IIS settings and verify that
anonymous access is granted of the application folder your ASP.Net page is
located in.
