Server dumps

We have a terminal server which has dumped 11 times in the
last few months. This is the error message:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x000000d1 (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000000,
0x00000000)

It is a terminal server with WIndows 2000 sp3. We have a
identical server (hardware and software) and we have no
problem.

Any ideas? I've search the knowledge base but nothing
jumps out.

This is usually associated with NIC or some other device drivers. Verify
that the NIC driver on this server is the same as on the other server. If
not, make them the same and see if the problem goes away.
