Server admin tool older than extensions

I am running FP2000 on XP and have installed FP2002 extensions. If I run
fpmmc and check server extensions I get an error that the server admin
tools and the extensions are incompatible, the admin program is too old
to run with this server. I understood that the FP2002 extensions were
compatible with FP2K from Microsoft's site before I installed them. Did
I understand incorrectly and is there a way around this problem?

You have to use the shortcut under Control Panel | Admin Tools | Server Extensions

Thanx Mr. Rowe. I had tried that and it worked as should but had
wondered at the error from fpmmc. Guess it's one of those "Dont't touch
that button!" things. -
