Server 2000 Terminal Server 'Administrative Mode' question

Hello,

I would like to have a user/power user log into a server that is running
Administrative Mode term server. Can this be done on Server 200? I know I can
do it on a 2003 server. I need the user to load a list into a IVR every day
and we don't want to give him access to the room or pcAnywhere... Any
thoughts?

yes,, you can install terminal service in windows 2000 server..
