serious trouble

virus scan finds this........C:\windows\system32
\kernel32.dll is inconsistant. It may have been
patched by some backdoor or a worm.........how do i
find\get rid of it?

Why, you use your AVP, of course...You do have an AVP...?

Hey, moron! You can perform a virus scan without having an AVP installed!
Trend Micro offers an online scan.
