I was messing around with MS-DOS and trying new commands.
I created a New User then with my original user account
that had administration priviledges I inputed the CACLS
command and tried to deny the New User access to the C:
drive. Instead of denying the New User acess to the C:, it
denied the user access to C:\Windows\System32 and also
denied me access. When I started my computer it came up
with the Windows XP loading screen and from there it
retstarted itself. I've tried re-installing Windows XP but
it comes up with an error message. I've also tried to run
the CACLS command from a Startup Disk but it tells me This
Program cannot be run in MS-DOS mode.
What can I do to fix this problem?
Please Help.
