Serious Problem

I have a folder (nothing special) that contains static
info (ie logo, templates). Access has been denied even to
the Admin (me). I keep getting invalid folder or network
path not found.
This is very important files, very hard to replace.

Al,

You may be able to get back in by taking ownership of the
folder and applying it to all subfolders and files as the
local admin. Then you can give rights to whomever you wish.
