Serious Error

I am running XP Professional and Office XP. I set up a Limited Account for
my daily use and an Admin Account.

Since I have set up the Limited Account, I have started getting a message
that my Modem interface has experienced a serious error and must close.
Usually this happens after checking email in Outlook with the Limited
Account.

I have both accounts set up the same with email etc. I am not sure what I
did wrong that I keep getting this error. I know that I was in the wrong
account when I went to update my modem drivers--was in Limited account
instead of Admin account when I expanded the drivers. The drivers were
located in a shared directory and I logged out of the Limited and into the
Admin to actually complete the driver update so it seems that it should not
matter.

Should I delete my email from the Admin Account? I am using MSN Messenger
and have alerts activated. Could this be causing trouble? I did notice
that on the Admin account it did not clear my hotmail email after I emptied
the trash can while I was in the Limited account. The number of emails is
still listed under my name in the Admin account, even though they have been
deleted.

How can I correct this? I thought that it was OK to setup more than one
account.

Is there a special way that I was suppose to set these up?

Sounds like a Windows issue and you should ask in a Windows newsgroup. Have
you set the sharing on the dial-up connectoid?

What do you mean by sharing in dial up connectoid? I set it up to be used
by all users--is that what you mean? I do have an on board LAN card, but I
do not have that hooked up to another computer. Does that make a
difference? I think that is says in System Properties that Internet
Connection Sharing Service is Running.

I have installed all Windows updates except for the NetFramwork update--I am
running MSN Messenger, but I did not know if I needed to install the
NetFramwork Update or not.

Yes, that's what I meant.

It shouldn't.

I have never installed it. I don't want .NET framework on my PC.

I'm afraid that I'm out of ideas. Sorry.
