"serious error"...what is it?

I just had a BSOD...error reporting details gave me this...

C:\DOCUME~1\MAIN\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERd60b.dir00\Mini110906-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\MAIN\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERd60b.dir00\sysdata.xm


event viewer shows events 1001 and 1002 but that was yesrterday..
Any ideas what this is?
Googled zero hits.

How about when you followed the links suggested in the Event Viewer
errors?

They give me a "cannot display page" error....
The page you are trying to view cannot be displayed because the server it
resides on does not respond. Please try again later.
It seems thought that the 1001 is a " Fault bucket 126906962." error and the
1002 is " Hanging application msimn.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, hang module
hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
I see no correlation to the BSOD.
