Serialization of Controls

Hi all,

How can I save (and after loading) to binary files all properties configured
in a Tab Control (including collections such as TabPages, ImageLists) and
other .NET Controls (System.Windows.Forms.Control) ?

Hi Luis,

Could you tell me why you need to save the value of the properties
configured in WinForm controls into binary files?

If you implement a custom form designer and would like to generate source
code to serialize the forms and controls on this form, you need to use the
CodeDomDesignerLoader class.

If you must serialize to a binary format, you'll need to create a
serializable class to store this information. If you can serialize to XML,
you can bind these properties to User Application Settings which will be
saved as XML in the user config file.
