Serial_Ch0 Master: No Device & Serial_Ch1 Master: No Device Errors

Hi

I am getting the two error messages displayed in the subject line.
Although I get these errors, the computer boots up fine and XP loads as
normal.

What are these messages? Should I be worried?

Could not find any postings that described what these are.

reinstall/install the motherboard drivers. There is something wrong with
your IDE channels...or there are no IDE devices.

If you don't want to see those status messages, go into BIOS setup and
disable the SATA interface.
