hello my computer crashed now i am reloading word into my computer and what
is the serial number
 
Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your
problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database
product. The Microsoft website may have misdirected you.

We wouldn't have the serial number to your copy of the software, even if
this were the newsgroup (and it's not, this newsgroup is about Microsoft
Access database software). The product code should be printed on a label or
directly on the jewel case in which the CD from which you are loading
Microsoft Word originally came, however.
