SEQ code - start at specific number

I am using SEQ codes to number paragraphs in a Word 2007 document. I want to
start at the number 45 rather than 1. Is there any way to instruct the SEQ
code to start at a specific number? Then as I enter additional SEQ codes
below the first one, I want them to number in sequence too (i.e., 46, 47, 48,
etc.). Thank you.
