separating names into 2 columns

Hello,

I've imported data from an Access database.
Unfortunately the Access field contains First Name and
Last Name in the same column. I need to break that field
into two columns, First Name and Last Name. The names
are separated by a space. Can someone show me how to do
this in Excel?

A1: Mary Smith --> B1 Mary C1 Smith
