Separate URLs by "=" symbols ???

I'm setting up tracking codes on URLs that I will need to dump int
excel for reporting purposes.

the tracking portion of the urls would look something like:

searchengine=google&campaign=dog&keyword=cat

any suggestions on separating something like this into columns

select your data column and goto 'Data - Text to columns' and choose
your delimiter ('=')
