Sent Messages Stuck in Outbox

I just installed Outlook 2007 (Beta) and sent messages go to my Outbox but
won't send. Even if I resend the message in Outbox it won't send. I have to
select "Send/Receive" up top to get the messages in the Outbox to send.
 
Try double clicking on the entry in the outbox, then when it brings up the
message, click SEND again. I've had this work for me
