Sent messages not in SENT folder

On many occasions, messages I send do not appear in the SENT folder in
Outlook 2003. In some instances, they appear in my INBOX. In all cases, the
recepients receive the email.

Why is this happening, and how can I correct it?

i don't know exactly what happen with ur email,
but, several days ago, my exchange server, has a problem that has an
effect to outlook client which is similiar to your problem. So maybe
your server has a problem..
