Sent Message Body Blank

I have read the posts here and tried everything. The emails in outbox
contain all the text i enter but when it is sent, all of the message body is
stripped. I turned off certification of avg and even disabled scanning of
outbound messages and disabled AVG to no avail. This is outlook 2007 with
all office updates installed. Does anyone have any suggestions, and has
Microsoft put something in knowledge base about the problem (I have found
nothing)--

Do you have either a Hotmail or GMail account? If you do, if you send to
that, you can pull up the source of the email to see if the text is there,
let alone all the contents of the message, like any attachments or whatnot.
