Sent Mail/Duplicate Emails

I cannot view my sent mail, went into tools, options, send, to save copy

Also, I am receiving duplicate emails, from senders

This just started, yesterday for the sending issue and today for the duplicate

With an IMAP account Turn off one of these options:

When starting go directly to my Inbox

or

Send and Receive messages at startup.

With both of these options checked, OE essentially is asking for IMAP mail
messages twice, concurrently. Also, don't manually go to your IMAP mail
Inbox until the mail check is complete.
