Sent Mail Doesn't Go To "Sent Folder"

None of my sent mail goes to sent to folder. I have box checked under
options to do so. Anyone have any ideas what is wrong? Using Windows Mail
under Vista.
 
Did it ever work?
Do the messages reach the intended recipient?
Any error message?
Which mail service provider?
