Sent items - Time stamp

When I send an email and check my "Sent Items" folder it
shows that it was sent 1 hour earlier. Like outlook does
not recognize day light savings??? What's the deal?
 
Do your Daylight Savings Time options match between Outlook Calendar and
WIndows System TIme?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Brian Prewitt (STA)
