sent items moved to another folder do not show who it was sent to

When I move an item from the Sent folder to another (saved) folder, the item
shows as sent by me, instead of who I sent it to. Can this be changed? I
would like the items to appear just as they do in the Sent Folder.

That would suggest the view on that folder displays the From field, not the
To: field. Customize the view to show the fields you want.
