(Exchange server on SBS 2003) How can I get user's Sent items to show up when
opening another user's folder (File -> Open -> Other user's folder)? I know I
can do it through the Outlook account setup, but I don't want to add all
those mailboxes to the manager's default folder list - just get the other
users Sent items to show up when requested.

They have to enable permissions on that folder to allow you to see it.

So, you're saying that going through Active Directory Users/Computers ->
UserID -> Exchange Advanced (I think) -> Mailbox Rights & setting the rights
to full access is not enough?

Beats me. This is neither an AD nor an Exchange newsgroup.

And it assumes that the user hasn't changed the default behaviour so that
sent emails are not saved.
