'Sent items' folder shows sender (me); how see recipient instead?

Recently, my 'Sent items' Folder has decided to display a 'From' column; this
is quite superfluous to me as I already know that I sent all my messages!

I want to see a chronological listing (latest at top) but showing
'Recipient' instead instead of 'Sender'; I don't know how to do this without
re-sorting all my 'Sent items' by recipient.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can change that in your view. Click on the View button in your Sent Items
folder, then scroll to Current View, then to Customize Current View, then
click on the Fields button . You can remove the From field and add the To
field there.

Right-click on the "from" bar in Sent Items and select "field chooser". Drag
the 'from' bar into the Field Chooser box. There is a 'To' field in the
Field Chooser box which you can then drag into your Sent Items.

In addition to the advice given you by the others, I think you can also
click View>Arrange By>Current View>Sent To and be done with it. If you've
changed the Sent To view, you can click View>Arrange By>Current
View>Customize Current View>Reset Current View.
