Sent Items disappearing

A user has Outlook 2003. All of a sudden his Sent items from 2 days ago and
further back have all disappeared. All of todyas are still there. We use
cached exchange mode. Is there some sort of corrupt archive we could fix or
something?

Check what view they are showing. Could be they are on a filtered view.

Check autoarchive settings - tools | options | other | autoarchive
