sent email not in send folder

Hi,
something happen imnormal in my Outlook. It used to show sent mails in sent
items folder. but now I can not find mails I send in this folder anymore. I
checked Email option I see that option "Save copies of messages in Sent
Items folder" is enable (checked). What is worng with my outlook? Thank you
for any help or suggestions.

What version of Outlook? How many items are in the Sent Items folder
currently?

Please answer my question. Also, is your PST and ANSI PST (one you used in
Outlook 2002 or earlier) or is it a Unicode PST created by Outlook 2003 or
2007?
 
Its version is 12.0.6300.5000
there are 452 sent items currently on this.
PST is created by outlook 2003

Right-click on the PST's root and choose Properties. Click Advanced. What
is in the "Format" field?
