sent e-mails

Is there a way to put e-mails that I have sent and want to
keep, in date order or in alphabetical order?

I find that if I want to go back and look at an e-mail
that I have sent I have to go through a lot of sent e-
mails to get to the one I want.

What view do you have set on your Sent Items folder? Try setting it to
"Sent to"...it should sort in date order, or you can click on the To column
to sort by recipient name (the first name in the list if there was more than
one recipient for a message).
