sent e-mail stuck in send/receive loop, can't cancell, can't send

MS Outlook 2003 is stuck in a send/receive loop. I can't cancell and I can't
send new e-mails from Outlook. I have to use hotmail. Turning off Outlook
or shuting down computer doesn't stop the loop. I cause it by sending an
e-mail with an attachment and closed the program before the e-mail was sent.

I don't understand when you say turning off the computer does'nt stop the
loop it must as the computer is off ? Try running a detect and repair from
the help menu.
