Sent E-mail not in Sent Folder

I have sent an e-mail an the recipient did receive it but
the e-mail does not appear in my sent Folder

Any Ideas Why??

If it was a Reply and you sent it while in a folder other than the Inbox it
would normally be stored in the folder you were in.
