sending web page by e-mail

When I send a web page through e-mail (through microsoft outlook) the recipient receives the web page without pictures. can anyone tell me how to attach pictures to text so when web page is sent it will as complete with pictures and everything...? Please I will appreciate it .Thank you
 
Open the page in IE and as Web Archive (.mht)
Or make all your links to images absolute so the html calls your server for the images

PS
Many people block all html or view in text only for security reasons
IMHO send them text only w/ a link to your page
