Sending/Transferring Text?

I have four tablet pcs, I would like to have three of them handwrite in a 4 different scores (1-10) into 4 different cells, the handwritting is converted to text into the cells, Then after they have finished the scores each tablet will send the 4 cells into the fourth tablet. I have bluetooth and wireless B. In Addition I would like to from the fourth tablet send out what form/sheet the other tablets should be on. Any Suggetions???
