Sending to large numbers of people who are part of my organization

Why do I receive an error message that I have sent too many messages in one
day when I try to send out my monthly bulletin to our 400 members. Is this a
hotmail problem or an outlook problem. Hotmail also restricts to 50 the
number of recipients that I can send to with one email. Isn't there a way
that I can send to all of these 400 people without sending the same email 8
times and also not being able to send any more emails for 24 hours afterwards
with this account?

You have posted this to an Access newsgroup. We help folks with technical
questions about Microsoft Access, the database application. Try posting to
a newsgroup related to your email application or provider. When you do, you
might post the actual text of the error message. You might also try to do
an Internet search for the text in the message.

I'm guessing your email provider might have this restriction to help prevent
SPAM. Do you not have a "traditional" email to use for this type of
message? It might make life easier.
