sending to DV camera

I am having problems with my video when it is sent to a
camera. Some parts of the video become choppy and the
sound skips. These problems do not appear on the video
when I watch it on the computer and they appear at
different spots after I tried sending the video a second
time.

The video is about 35 minutes long.
 
Ensure you are running as little in the background as possible.... disable
antivirus for the duration... but just don't forget to reenable it
afterwards!
