sending table using SendObject Command

Dear Users,
A colleague showed me an interesting macro that allows you
to send a table in Excel format through the e-mail system.
We tried it and instead of Microsoft Outlook coming up to
send the item, she got the internet wizard.
We are on exchange but cannot get outlook to come-up and
she did it before in June and Outlook did come up. Are we
missing a setting? Please help.
