sending smtp email on cox.net

I have vist and windows mail. I thought I had entered all information about
incoming and outgoing mail. Well. I can receive mail via POP3 but cannot
send via smtp. Can anyone help?
 
Can anyone Help ??? Sure. Post the error message that is shown. There is no Crystal
