I use Outlook 2K with Comcast, of course, they don't
support O2K but only OE. For the past 2 days I noticed in
Sending/receiving probably an incoming msg that seems to
be hung up. It constantly
says "Comcast...Sending/Receiving messages under Name and
under Progress it says "Processing""
I asked them if they can delete whatever it is there but
got a lengthy message about OE.
Is there any way I can delete this message?
I don't get any errors and all other msgs come in fine
and nothing repeatedly.
thank you for your help

If Comcast offers a web based mail client to view your mail, use that to
delete the errant message.
