Sending/Receiving Partial Messages

When I send an email with an embedded image, the recipient only receives a
partial image. I run XP Professional w/OE 7. They are using Office 2007. I
don't know if the problem is my sending or they just can't receive properly.
Text in the message is fine, but the bottom 2/3 of the imbedded image is ?
No one else that I send to has this problem. Any suggestions?

But what are you using as your mail application?

I'm using the latest Outlook Express and I also am using cablemodem from
Mediacom. I send and receive everything in HTML rather than plain text. I
send to numerous people and this is the only one that receives partial
imbedded pictures.
