Sending /receiving e-mail error message

How do I set up the outlook for sending/recieving e-mail but did not want it
to be my default e-mail program? I am getting an error during the sent
message that unable to find the e-mail server .. (ox8000cccod). I desable
the SAV with no change

Following the instruction supplied by your ISP is generally a good starting
point
Its broadly the same as for OE if thats all they give
